Stéfane Fermigier is a French tech entrepreneur, open-source advocate and mathematician. He founded the enterprise-content-management pioneer Nuxeo in 2000 (acquired by Hyland in 2021) and, in 2012, created Abilian, that house the development of a collaborative information-management platform.
Beyond his companies he co-chairs the French National Council of Free/Open-Source Companies (CNLL) and APELL, sits on the EuroStack steering group, and frequently speaks at events such as OW2con and Paris Open Source Summit to champion European digital sovereignty through free software.
