Guillaume Monnet is a Luxembourg-based full-stack developer and the creator of Mockoon, an open-source desktop application for running mock APIs locally. Created in 2017, Mockoon was selected for GitHub's inaugural Accelerator cohort in 2023 and has grown into a widely adopted tool for developers who need fast, account-free API mocking. Guillaume was also recognized as a GitHub Star.

Through his company 1kB, Guillaume builds applications, APIs, and MVPs for clients. His background includes leading front-end teams on regulated KYC/AML projects and operating scalable stacks on AWS. He holds a master's degree in intellectual property.
